Egg White Frittata

Whip up a healthy yet amazingly creamy frittata using egg whites which are low in cholesterol and high in protein.

You will need:
8 pcs
egg whites
1 tbsp
all-purpose cream
2 tsp
hot sauce
1 tsp
lemon juice
½ tsp
lemon zest
1-8g sachet
MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
¼ cup
olive oil
1 cup
sliced button mushroom
1 stalk
leek, sliced on a bias
1/8 tsp
freshly ground black pepper

Servings: 2-3

Directions:

In a bowl, beat egg whites with all-purpose cream, hot sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest and season with ½ sachet of MAGGI MAGIC SARAP.
2.
 Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Sauté mushrooms and leeks until for 2minutes. Season with remaining ½ sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP and pepper.
3.
Pour in beaten eggs and cook for 5-8 minutes over low heat. Place a plate on top of the pan, flip and slide back frittata to cook the other side.
4.
Remove Frittata from the pan, rest for 5 minutes, cut into wedges and serve.
